We are now seeking a Club Inter Continental Manager — a passionate leader and hospitality expert with a butler’s touch — to elevate the guest experience to new heights.

As the Club Inter Continental Manager, you will:

• Oversee daily operations of the Club Inter Continental Lounge, ensuring impeccable service and a seamless guest journey from arrival to departure.
• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of service professionals to deliver personalized, intuitive, and discreet service that exceeds expectations.
• Act as the primary liaison for Club Inter Continental guests, anticipating needs and ensuring tailored experiences.
• Maintain the highest standards of presentation, food and beverage service, and guest engagement within the lounge.
• Collaborate with key departments to enhance the Club guest experience and uphold the Inter Continental brand promise.
• Monitor guest feedback, analyze trends, and implement continuous improvements.

What we need from you:

• Minimum 2–3 years of managerial experience in a luxury hotel environment.
• Proven butler service experience in a 5-star or ultra-luxury property.
• Exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and guest anticipation skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• A genuine passion for luxury hospitality and creating unforgettable moments.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
