At LXR Hotels & Resorts, we believe the difference is in the details. As a Concierge, you will be the trusted advisor for our guests, curating personalized experiences and ensuring every stay is seamless, memorable, and uniquely tailored to their needs.

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, becoming their key point of contact throughout their stay.
• Provide personalized recommendations on dining, entertainment, cultural attractions, and local experiences.
• Assist with reservations, ticketing, and transportation arrangements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly, exceeding expectations at every opportunity.
• Build strong relationships with local partners and vendors to secure exclusive services for guests.
• Maintain accurate knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and promotions.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Guest Relations, and other departments to deliver seamless luxury experiences.
• Handle VIP and special requests discreetly, ensuring guest privacy and satisfaction.
• Maintain an organized Concierge desk, ensuring all materials, brochures, and resources are up to date.
• Perform additional tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the Front Office team.

• Previous experience as a Concierge or in a guest-facing role, ideally within luxury hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Arabic or other languages are an advantage).
• In-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s attractions, dining scene, and cultural highlights.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain composed under pressure.
• A professional and polished appearance with genuine passion for service.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
