We are seeking a courteous, professional, and proactive Bellman to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide a warm welcome to our residents and guests, assist with luggage, and ensure smooth arrival and departure experiences.

• Greet and welcome residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist with luggage handling during arrivals and departures.
• Escort guests to their residences and provide orientation of facilities.
• Deliver packages, messages, and amenities to residents as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance areas.
• Coordinate with the Front Desk and Concierge teams to ensure seamless service.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or serviced residences is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Knowledge of local area and transport options is a plus.
