Job Description

We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic front office professionals who pride themselves on delivering extraordinary customer service and providing creative solutions to guests.

• Receive guests in a professional and friendly manner, exceeding expectations from arrival through departure.
• Maintain effective communication with all related departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Keep an up‑to‑date knowledge of the hotel and local services.
• Maintain awareness of guest profile through Opera guest profile system.
• Transport guest luggage from arrival point to room and vice versa on check‑out.
• Handle all messages, mail and packages for guests and employees, ensuring timely delivery.
• Deliver morning newspapers to rooms.
• Deliver guest messages and other deliveries immediately and professionally.
• Keep concierge desk and storeroom clean, tidy and well‑organized.

Good English communication skills along with strong interpersonal abilities are essentials.

Ideally a diploma in hospitality or vocational training in concierge within a hotel. Good English communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities are required.
