To identify, implement and monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of networking and specific events that would assist in growing and developing the sustainability of the facility further.
Key Responsibility Areas- To implement and monitor the success of the network marketing plan
- To build, maintain and develop strong relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders to grow and develop the facility/clinics sustainably
- To identify, manage and monitor network marketing events
- To support the Network Marketing Manager with market research for the purposes of business development
- To manage the administrative function of the role effectively and efficiently
- Essential:
Diploma in Marketing or relevant area (experience may be more important) - Desired:
Bachelor Degree
- Essential:
At least 2-3 years in a marketing role in a Healthcare environment/Medical Rep/Insurance - Desired:
Relevant network marketing, Medical representative or sales experience
Job Skills and Knowledge
- Independent doctors and physician contracts and policies
- Knowledge of commonly used healthcare concepts and best practices
- Budgeting and related control measures and principles
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to manage and facilitate relationships with stakeholders, especially physicians
- Verbal and written English communications (Arabic a plus)
- Understand physician referral concepts
