• Supervise and mentor nephrology fellows and junior medical staff, fostering their professional development.

• Stay current with emerging research, technologies, and best practices in nephrology.
• Educate patients and their families about kidney health, treatment options, and lifestyle considerations.

• Medical degree with specialization in Nephrology.
• Board certification in Nephrology.
• Significant clinical experience as a consultant nephrologist, including complex case management.
• Proven track record in a senior clinical role, demonstrating leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Strong understanding of current nephrology guidelines, treatment protocols, and innovations.
• Experience in performing and interpreting diagnostic tests critical to nephrology.
• Ability to manage a diverse patient population, including those requiring specialized interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams and patient engagement.
• Demonstrated commitment to teaching and fostering the growth of junior staff.
• Research experience and a record of contributions to nephrology literature is highly desirable.
