Job Overview

To engage and work collaboratively with team members, internal and external clients to adhere to their reporting needs. Responsibilities will include providing support for SEHA Corporate Office, Leadership and other affiliates by providing enterprise wide and regional Revenue Cycle reporting; relating to data visualization, presentation and analyses. This position will assist with initiatives within the SEHA revenue cycle community that will integrate reporting solutions in conjunction with future system implementations.

The primary focus will be to consolidate information for organizational decision-making and participate in the development and manipulation of large data sets as well as the analysis of segments of data groups to assist in the creation and implementation of strategies for all facilities. The position assumes broad-based responsibility to provide critical support in implementing key planning and analysis tools to aid operational decision-making, and achievement of key performance indicators for the entire revenue cycle.

The Revenue Reporting Analyst is expected to possess critical thinking and complex analytical modeling skills.
