Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admin Manager located in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. The Admin Manager will oversee day-to-day administrative operations, coordinate with internal departments, ensure compliance with regulations, and manage office workflows. They will also handle staff scheduling, maintain accurate records, and support organizational growth through efficient resource allocation and performance management. The role requires effective communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage a dynamic team within the healthcare setting.

Qualifications
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, including experience in managing office operations and workflows.
  • Proficiency in team coordination, staff scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to engage with team members and stakeholders effectively.
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards and regulations, including familiarity with Jawda and Tasneef accreditation requirements, is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools to manage schedules, records, and operational documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and demonstrate problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related fields. Previous experience in healthcare administration is preferred.
  • Experience in home care setting for 2 years is preferable.
