Writes incident and accident reports and maintains a record of activities related to fire and safety.

- Plans, develops, and conducts employee safety, fire prevention, and accident prevention programs.
Regularly performs safety and security activities recognized as the most complex and difficult.
Actively participate in JCI accreditation project.
Ensures compliance with DOH, FANR, OSHMS, JCI and other regulatory requirements.
Demonstration of and adherence to the standards of OSHMS pertinent to employee health and safety.
OSHMS activities:
Assist and support management in consultation and implementation of the OSHMS and OSH improvements for the area of representation.
OSHRoles and Responsibilities
- Providing advice on the implementation of OSH policy and procedures.
- Raising OSH matters and issues to management on behalf of employees.
- Communication and awareness raising of OSH requirements.
- Assisting with conducting OSH inspections of the workplace.
- Assisting with the investigation of OSH issues or incidents.
- Attending OSH committee meetings.
