Customer Care Assistant – UAEN
Job Description:
To assist and direct the patients to reach their destination/department without any hassle.
- Give information to patients.
- Direct and escort patients to their intended destination.
- Help patients by informing where the machine to obtain token is situated and whom to approach for the same in the respective department.
- Perform any work/job as and when assigned by the superior.
- Grade 10 or equivalent.
- Can be trained.
- Active and good interpersonal skills.
- Able to speak English;
Arabic desirable but not mandatory.
