We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Care Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our home care facilities in Abu Dhabi & Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration, a passion for providing exceptional patient care, and a proven ability to lead and inspire a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple home care facilities, ensuring smooth running and efficient service delivery.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and optimize operational efficiency.

Recruit, hire, and train a competent team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, caregivers, and administrative staff.

Foster a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement.

Provide leadership and guidance to the team, empowering them to deliver exceptional patient care.

Develop and manage the facility's budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining high-quality care.

Monitor revenue and expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement strategies to improve financial performance.

Quality Assurance:

Implement and maintain rigorous quality assurance programs to ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address any quality issues or compliance concerns.
Continuously monitor patient satisfaction and implement strategies to enhance the overall patient experience.

Regulatory Compliance:

Stay up-to-date with relevant healthcare regulations and ensure compliance with all licensing and accreditation requirements.
Develop and implement comprehensive compliance programs to mitigate risks and protect the organization.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare operations management, preferably in a home care setting.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with staff, patients, and families.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in using healthcare information systems and software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
