Phlebotomist vacancy in Abu-Dhabi, UAE

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Phlebotomist to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of relevant experience and possess a valid work permit for the UAE. The offered salary is 900, and we welcome applications from foreign candidates.

Responsibilities:

Collect and process blood samples from patients

Perform venipuncture and capillary punctures safely and accurately

Label and store samples correctly according to protocol

Maintain patient confidentiality at all times

Operate laboratory equipment as required

Follow health and safety guidelines during sample collection and processing

Monitor inventory of supplies and reorder as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Phlebotomy or equivalent experience/education/training preferred

Minimum 1 year of experience in venipuncture and capillary puncture procedures

Knowledge of laboratory equipment, techniques, safety protocols, medical terminology, and clinical tests

Ability to maintain accurate records and stay updated with new technology
