Radiographer

Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Radiographer to join our dynamic medical imaging team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging examinations and ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, MRI scans, and ultrasound.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after imaging procedures.
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring it is used safely and effectively.
• Accurately position patients and adjust imaging equipment to capture the required images.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret and report imaging results.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols and guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in radiographic techniques and technology.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Radiography or a related field.
• Valid licensure and certification to practice as a Radiographer in Abu Dhabi.
• Minimum of [X] years of experience in diagnostic imaging.
• Proficiency in operating imaging equipment (X-ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Advanced certifications in specialized imaging techniques (e.g., MRI, CT).
• Familiarity with PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) and RIS (Radiology Information System).
