Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Arabic-speaking Occupational Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will help patients improve their ability to perform daily living and work-related tasks. This role involves conducting comprehensive assessments, creating personalized treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to enhance the patients' quality of life and independence.

• Patient Assessment:
  Evaluate patients' physical, mental, and emotional capabilities to determine their functional needs.
• Treatment Planning:
  Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments, goals, and needs.
• Therapeutic Intervention:
  Apply therapeutic techniques and interventions to assist patients in improving their ability to perform everyday activities.
• Patient
  
  Education:
  
  Educate patients and their families about managing conditions and improving daily functionality.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and integrated care.
• Documentation & Progress Tracking:
  Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, regularly documenting progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Professional Development:
  Stay updated with the latest trends and research in the field of occupational therapy to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor s or master s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited institution.
• Licensing:
  Valid license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Abu Dhabi.
• Language Proficiency:
  Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).

• At least 2-3 years of experience in occupational therapy, preferably within a clinical or healthcare setting.

• Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles, treatment techniques, and methodologies.

  Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a strong capacity for building rapport with patients and families.
• Teamwork:
  Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team and work independently when required.

  Experience working in a diverse, multicultural healthcare environment.
