Job Description:

We are currently looking to hire a Phlebotomist in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for drawing blood from patients and handling related specimens. The job requires excellent organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills. The position offers a salary of 1700 AED per month. We are also open to considering foreign applicants with no prior experience in the role.

Responsibilities:
- Collect blood specimens from patients according to established protocols
- Utilize appropriate safety techniques in order to minimize risks of infection
- Label collected specimens accurately and legibly
- Prepare blood samples for laboratory testing as needed
- Assist patients in preparing for procedures as needed
- Maintain accurate records of collections
- Keep work areas clean, sanitary, and organized

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; phlebotomy certification preferred but not required
- Ability to work quickly and accurately while following safety standards
- Knowledge of universal precautions and safety regulations related to specimen collection
- Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on empathy and respect for patient needs
- Ability to follow written instructions accurately
