Intro
The professional is responsible for aggregating financial data from various subsidiaries across multiple ME countries to produce accurate, consolidated financial statements.
This position demands strong analytical & technical expertise, meticulous attention to detail and ability to perform under tight deadlines especially during monthly, quarterly and annual closing periods.
Expectations- Data collection & Validation: Gather BS, PnL and other financial data from subsidiaries
- Verify accuracy, identify discrepancies and request clarifications from local teams
- In BOFC, you must import data through automated interfaces, managing IC transactions and performing elimination of internal operations. - Financial Consolidation: Prepare consolidated FS (quarterly, half yearly and annual) by applying the appropriate consolidation methods-Ensure the consolidated balance sheet accurately reflects the group’s economic reality.
- Analysis & reporting: Analyse variance and budget deviations – Produce reports as per the group reporting cycles (BOFC-Analaplan…).
- Compliance & Controls: Ensure adherence to IFRS and local tax/juridical rules.
- Cross Functional collaboration: Work closely with subsidiaries finance.
- Participate to the implementation and optimization of ERP systems.
- Ensure smooth integration of ERP with existing financial processes and reporting structures.
- Participate in the construction of budgets, reforecast & MTP.
- Working closely with local technical & Dev team.
These tasks require high availability during closing periods with strict deadlines (5-10 working days after month-end).

- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Master Degree in Accounting / Financial control & audit (ACCA, CPA or CFA is a must).
- 7 to 15 Y experience in accounting, audit, consolidation using BOFC (only candidates with BOFC experience will be considered).
- Excellent command of excel (advanced functions, VBA for automation).
