We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented General Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. This position plays a critical role in monitoring financial transactions, preparing necessary financial reports, and providing insightful analysis to management. As a General Accountant, you will collaborate with various teams to support financial decision-making and drive efficiency and accuracy across the organization.

• Maintain and update financial records, ensuring their accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Conduct reconciliation of bank statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts for the company.
• Collaborate with internal teams to track expenses and optimize budget allocations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Coordinate audits and provide necessary documentation to external auditors.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Implement and improve financial control systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns and other regulatory documents.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial management.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• At least three years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel for financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
