Senior Finance Manager

Salary: AED 50,000 – 60,000 per month + Benefits

We are supporting a highly respected, large-scale organisation in the UAE with the appointment of an Arabic-speaking Senior Finance Manager to take on a key strategic leadership role within a complex, high-performing business environment.

This position sits at the senior management level and will play a critical role in driving financial strategy, supporting executive decision-making, and ensuring robust financial governance across a matrixed, operationally intensive business.

This opportunity is particularly suited to candidates currently operating within large corporates, government, semi-government, or leading multinational environments, seeking a high-impact role with significant visibility and influence.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership and operational stakeholders
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
• Provide commercial insight to support growth, investment, and operational decisions
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to executive level
• Drive performance analysis, identifying risks and opportunities
• Ensure strong financial governance, controls, and regulatory compliance
• Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing finance team
• Support business transformation, optimisation, and expansion initiatives

Candidate Profile

• Fluent Arabic and English (essential)
• Currently operating at Senior Finance Manager, Finance Business Partner, or equivalent level
• Experience with in large, complex organisations (government, semi-government, multinational, or leading regional groups)
• Strong commercial finance and business partnering experience
• Proven leadership capability managing teams and senior stakeholders
• Professional finance qualification required (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Experience supporting operational, asset-heavy, or multi-site businesses is highly advantageous
