Finance Cost Controller

Responsibilities

• As Finance Cost Controller in the manufacturing sector, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing financial activities related to cost control and budgeting within the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient utilization of financial resources, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and contribute to the overall financial health and profitability of the company.
• Expertise in SAP is a must.
• Cost Analysis and monitoring
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Inventory Control
• Process Improvement
• Compliance and Regulation
• Financial Planning and Analysis

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CMA, CPA) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent knowledge of financial principles, accounting practices, and cost accounting standards.
• Proficient in using SAP, financial software and advanced Excel skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision
• Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous

• 5+ years’ experience in cost accounting or financial analysis
• Proven experience in cost control, budgeting, and financial analysis within a manufacturing environment.
• Aerospace, Defense and Oil & Gas experience is desirable
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
