This full-time role as a Mortgage Consultant is based in Abu Dhabi and extends coverage across all Emirates. Responsibilities include providing expert mortgage advice, assisting clients through applications, conducting financial assessments, and ensuring exceptional service. The role demands analyzing client financial profiles, presenting competitive mortgage solutions, and managing the entire mortgage process from application to closing. Consultants are expected to consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to sustained growth in a dynamic UAE real estate market.

• Strong Customer Service skills and a commitment to client satisfaction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid working environment
• Experience or knowledge of the UAE mortgage market is a plus
• Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Fluency in English

• Salary: AED 3,000 per month
