Position: Complaints Handler – Licensed Financial Institutions (LFI)
Location: Abu Dhabi
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree

Language Proficiency: Bilingual (Arabic & English)
Core Responsibilities- Review unresolved consumer and small business complaints referred from Licensed Financial Institutions.
- Analyze complaints to identify key issues and determine if additional information is required from complainants, LFIs, or third parties.
- Support the fair and timely resolution of financial complaints through detailed case review and evaluation.
- Understand consumer concerns and collaborate with the team to propose appropriate resolution strategies.
- Assess complaint eligibility and accurately register cases in the complaints management system.
- Apply knowledge of LFI products, operations, and systems to effectively resolve complaints.
- Interpret and apply relevant laws and regulations in complaint resolution.
- Support the development and operation of consumer redress channels, including online complaint platforms and call centers.
- Identify opportunities to improve complaint-handling processes and elevate systemic issues when necessary.
- Set annual performance objectives in alignment with the reporting manager and ensure their achievement.
- Identify personal training and development needs and coordinate with the reporting manager to attend required programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Insurance, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory; proficiency in English is preferred.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a similar complaints-handling role.
- Prior working experience in the UAE with strong knowledge of the local financial market and regulations.
- Experience working with Licensed Financial Institutions and managing consumer complaints is highly desirable.
