We are working with a global investment firm based in Abu Dhabi, backed by significant capital to invest across strategic private equity and real assets. This is an exciting opportunity for both an Analyst and an Associate to join a growing, high‑calibre investment team. The firm invests alongside leading global sponsors and asset managers and offers strong exposure to global transactions.

• Involvement across the full transaction lifecycle, from origination and execution through to portfolio management
• Building and analysing financial models to support investment decision‑making
• Leading specific work streams, including diligence processes, and acting as a point of contact for management teams, industry experts, and investment partners
• Working alongside top‑tier private equity firms and asset managers on co‑investment opportunities

• Experience in M&A or private equity, ideally with prior investment banking exposure
• Strong academic background from a top‑tier university
• Commercially minded, with high professional standards and integrity
• Willingness and ability to relocate to the UAE on a full‑time basis
