Proofing and Reconciliation General Ledger accounts

Settlement of Corporate Card

Auditing/Settlement of Staff Reimbursements

Verify invoices as Level 1 approver

Coordination with Internal & External stakeholders

Preparation of MIS

Contribute to continuous Process improvement

Any other activities as assigned by the Supervisor

Job Specific Accountabilities

Ensure staff expense reimbursements are settled within agreed SLA’s.

Ensure Corporate Card accounts are settled within agreed SLA’s.

Verify invoices as Level 1 approver

Ensure proofing of accounts are submitted through system/AOV within agreed timelines.

Job context

Ensure SOP/Policies are renewed before due date.

Ensure staff expense claims are processed on daily basis.

Audit the staff expense claims & Corporate Card claims on daily basis.

Verify invoices as Level 1 approver

Monitor aging of expense claims which are in Expense Team queue for processing.

Reconcile Corporate Card settlement account and cleared monthly.

Ensure AOV is submitted on/before the due date

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related discipline.

Exposure to Expense Processing in Oracle Fusion preferred.

Intermediate user of MS Office especially Excel

7 years’ relevant experience in the banking sector with at least 3 years in similar position.
