We are seeking a highly motivated ETF Analyst to join our Public Markets division to support the management and oversight of index‑tracking portfolios, including ETFs and other passive investment vehicles.

The ETF Analyst will play a key role in daily portfolio monitoring, data and analytics, execution support, and operational coordination. This role is suited to an early‑to‑mid career investment professional with knowledge of passive investing and an interest in developing expertise in ETF portfolio construction, index methodology, and systematic investment processes.

This is a hands‑on analytical role offering strong exposure to ETF portfolio management, trading, risk, and operational processes within a fast‑growing global platform.

• Support daily oversight of index‑tracking portfolios, including monitoring cash balances, flows, corporate actions, and compliance parameters.
• Assist in the implementation of index rebalances, reconstitutions, and corporate action events.
• Monitor tracking error, tracking difference, liquidity metrics and transaction costs, highlighting sources of deviation.
• Work closely with portfolio managers, traders, operations, and external providers to ensure accurate and efficient portfolio execution.
• Maintain and enhance tools for portfolio monitoring, reporting, and analytics.

• Prepare portfolio reports, analytics, and diagnostics for risk and investment committees.
• Support ongoing guideline monitoring and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal risk controls.
• Contribute to documentation, process enhancement, workflow standardisation, and structured governance practices.

• Contribute to investment and product‑related materials including factsheets, pitchbooks, performance commentaries, and portfolio analytics.
• Assist senior team members in preparing clear explanations of index methodology, portfolio construction decisions, and performance drivers for internal and external audiences.
• Participate in client preparation materials and updates.

• Support initiatives aimed at improving data infrastructure, automation, market data integration, and analytical workflows.
• Assist in research related to new index methodologies, ETF product features, operational enhancements, and platform growth opportunities.
• Contribute to cross‑functional projects across the public markets platform.

• 5 years of relevant experience in asset management, index/ETF investing, portfolio analytics, research, or a related field.
• Understanding of index construction, systematic strategies, ETF mechanics, and passive portfolio management principles.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and comfort handling large datasets.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Bloomberg (or similar platforms) preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance.
• Ability to operate collaboratively within a fast‑paced, high‑standards environment.
