Job Summary
One of our clients in Abu Dhabi (Al Ajban) seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of the manufacturing business. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manufacturing finance, including cost management, budgeting, and financial planning, and will provide strategic insights to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting.
- Manage cost accounting, production costing, inventory valuation, and margin analysis to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures in line with corporate goals.
- Monitor key financial performance indicators, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls.
- Lead financial planning for production, procurement, and capital expenditures.
- Coordinate audits, financial reviews and regulatory reporting.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to enhance skills and performance.
- Support strategic decisions related to manufacturing operations, investment, and cost optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
- Master’s degree or recognized professional certifications (CPA, CMA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in finance management, with significant exposure to the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing finance, cost accounting, inventory management, and budgeting.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, financial software, and MS Office Suite.
