Job Purpose
The ideal candidate will be responsible for using their analytical mindset to analyze and interpret financial data, then relating it to potential business trends and issues. This candidate will feel comfortable using insights they have discovered to communicate important themes and discoveries to company leadership.

Responsibilities- Ensuring revenue and expenses records are updated in line with business.
- Verify and reconcile revenue/expense transactions.
- Addressing to vendors queries.
- Maintaining and follow on Bank Guarantees/ Bid bonds status.
- Ensuring timely and accurate closing of month end books.
- Reviewing revenue summaries for completeness and reconciling with the ledger to validate
- Support cost center analysis and budget utilization tracking.
- Coordination with internal/external stakeholders for resolution of disputes
- Preparation of reconciliations w.r.t. customer invoicing, Expenses, AP balances etc.
- Monthly bank reconciliations.
- Assist line Manager in periodic internal/external audits for the BU and preparation of data sets/summaries/reports.
- Highlighting the area of concern and reduction of costs etc.
- Timely preparation of balance sheet schedules
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance or equivalent experience
- MBA – Finance will be an added advantage
- 7 - 10 years experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Fusion) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration.
- Ethical conduct and commitment to confidentiality.
