Role
Purpose:
Support the Wealth Management Products Team in achieving strategic objectives by developing and launching new Capital Markets products, with a focus on Sukuk, Structured Products, and FX Solutions. The role involves monitoring product performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing the end-to-end lifecycle for the assigned product lines.
- Identify and analyze investment ideas aligned with client needs and macroeconomic trends.
- Promote Capital Markets products (Sukuk, Structured Products, FX) through frontline engagement.
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to post-sale monitoring.
- Train and develop distribution channels on new and existing products.
- Coordinate with Back and Middle Office for smooth operations and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate and updated product documentation and approvals.
- Ensure effective communication across all distribution channels.
- Develop and enhance marketing and promotional materials for assigned products.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver initiatives on time.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and obtain necessary approvals (Central Bank & SCA).
- Support client meetings and strengthen relationships with third-party providers.
- Prepare product programs, presentations, and teasers for new launches.
- Successful new product launches (Sukuk, Structured Products, FX)
- Net AUM and revenue growth
- Client satisfaction & retention, positive client outcomes and cross‑selling ratios
- Product sales and financing volumes
- Effective cost management
Positive team contribution and mentoring - Full Sharia and regulatory compliance
- Education & Expertise:
University degree in a relevant field (CFA preferred) with 7–10 years’ experience in Wealth Management, Investment Management, or Investment Banking. - Client‑Centric Approach:
Ability to build trust, understand client behaviours, and deliver tailored investment solutions aligned with their needs. - Analytical & Strategic Thinking:
Strong analytical skills, investment knowledge, and capability to interpret market trends for actionable ideas. - Integrity & Professionalism:
High ethical standards, discretion, and reliability in handling sensitive information. - Business Development &
Collaboration:
Proven ability to drive growth, foster relationships with internal/external stakeholders, and work effectively in cross‑functional teams. - Communication & Influence:
Articulate and persuasive, with strong presentation skills to engage clients and train distribution channels. - Language Proficiency:
Fluency in English;
Arabic is an added advantage.
