, you are the guardian of our financial integrity. You will ensure that the vibrant, high-volume revenue generated across our Mediterranean lounges, Japanese Izakayas, and upscale beach clubs is captured with 100% accuracy, safeguarding our profitability and our promise of excellence.

• Cluster Revenue Verification:
  Audit and verify daily income for multiple prestigious licensed outlets (Simphony/Micros/Toast), ensuring all "Guest Journeys" from reservation to final settlement are accounted for.
• High-Volume Settlement Audit:
  Reconcile complex daily revenue streams including cash, international credit cards, and the Capital Society loyalty app rewards/cashback transactions.
• Loss Prevention Integrity:
  Monitor "High-Risk" transactions including voids, entertainment checks, and complimentary items (comps). Ensure that VIP and management discounts are strictly within Capital Motion’s delegation of authority.
• Banquet Corporate Event Audit:
  Partner with the Sales team to audit large-scale events at venues like Café del Mar, ensuring BEO (Banquet Event Order) consumption matches final invoicing.
• Cash Flow Banking:
  Oversee the integrity of cash handling and safe counts across the cluster, ensuring timely banking and investigating any variances immediately.
• VAT Statutory Compliance:
  Ensure all F B revenue is recorded in strict accordance with UAE FTA regulations and internal audit standards.

• Luxury Mindset:
  Experience in high-end, licensed F B environments (lounges, beach clubs, or fine dining) where attention to detail is paramount.
• Technical Edge:
  Advanced proficiency in F B POS systems and ERP software. Experience with loyalty program reconciliation (Cashback/E-wallets) is a significant advantage.
• Analytical Rigor:
  Ability to interpret sales trends and provide the Finance Controller with insights into "Revenue Leakage" or operational inefficiencies.
• Communication:
  Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate firmly but professionally with Restaurant Managers and Cluster General Managers.
