We are seeking an experienced Account Assistant or Manager to join our team and coordinate essential financial operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with exposure to both traditional finance and emerging digital assets.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and execute financial transactions and activities, including bill payment and payroll processing
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist in the audit process by providing comprehensive information and data as requested
- Support budget preparation and monitor expenditures against approved budgets
- Prepare and support VAT and CIT returns in compliance with UAE regulations
- Complete administrative tasks, including paperwork completion and records filing
- Analyze financial information to identify trends, discrepancies, and potential errors
- Assist in managing cash flow and developing financial forecasts
- Manage crypto assets and related financial activities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in finance or accounting roles
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (Quick Books, etc.)
- English language proficiency (written and spoken)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Current residence in Abu Dhabi
- Familiarity with blockchain technology and the Web3 ecosystem
- Experience with VAT filing procedures in the UAE
- Korean language proficiency
