Job Overview

We’re representing a leading organization seeking a Manager – Finance Business Partner to work closely with a specific business division, providing financial insight and support to help achieve strategic and operational objectives. This role focuses on financial planning, analysis, reporting, and business decision support.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly management reports and finance packs for senior leadership.
• Support full-year forecasts, current estimates, and business performance reviews.
• Lead and manage the annual budget cycle, including consolidation, analysis, and submissions.
• Develop financial models to support business plans, projects, and investment decisions.
• Review business cases and provide detailed financial analysis for informed decision-making.
• Support system enhancements, automation, and financial process improvements.

What We Are Looking For

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is an advantage.

Experience

• 3–7 years’ experience in a similar finance business partnering or FP&A role.

Skills

• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Tableau and Power BI is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to support senior leadership discussions.
