The Event Operations Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of a wide variety of events. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead a team under tight deadlines. As an Event Operations Manager, you will collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure every aspect of the event is executed flawlessly, from inception to post‑event analysis.

• Develop and execute comprehensive plans for various types of events.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Manage event budgets and track expenditures to minimize overspending.
• Lead and manage event staff, ensuring clear communication and direction.
• Oversee logistics planning, including venue selection and transportation needs.
• Create and implement event safety and risk management plans.
• Work closely with marketing teams to promote events and increase attendance.
• Evaluate event success post‑completion and prepare detailed reports.
• Identify and incorporate new trends to improve event quality and engagement.
• Ensure all events comply with legal, health, and safety obligations.
• Address and resolve any issues or emergencies during the event.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders for future events.

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in event planning or operations roles.
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
• Proven ability to manage multiple events and tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in event management software and MS Office applications.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings or weekends if required.
