• Call Handling:
  Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Guest Requests:
  Assist with guest inquiries, wake-up calls, and message delivery.
• Communication:
  Relay information to departments and staff accurately.
• Documentation:
  Maintain call logs and service requests.
• Support:
  Assist with emergency communication procedures.
• Manage digital guest communication channels and ensure timely responses.
• Ensure accurate documentation of guest interactions in the system.
• Prioritize and follow up on guest complaints and urgent requests.
• Coordinate effectively with departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Monitor call response performance and support basic operational reporting.

• Food Safety & Hygiene: Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations by overseeing proper purchasing, storage, handling, maintenance, communication, and preparation practices across all departments.
• Skills:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer service or call handling preferred.
  • Clear communication and telephone etiquette.
  • Multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with telecommunication systems.
