Process Safety Engineer – H₂S Dispersion Modeling

FUSION INTERNATIONAL is looking for a qualified Process Safety Engineer with experience in Hydrogen Sulphide (H₂S) Dispersion Modeling for projects related to the Oil & Gas sector
.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical / Process Engineering (Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience may be considered)
• 3–5 years of experience in Process Safety / Oil & Gas industry
• Hands‑on experience in Gas Dispersion Modeling (H₂S preferred)
• Knowledge of modeling software such as PHAST, FLACS, or ALOHA
• Understanding of Process Safety, QRA, HAZOP / HAZID studies
• Ability to prepare technical safety reports and documentation

• Conduct H₂S dispersion modeling and consequence analysis
• Evaluate gas release scenarios and potential impact zones
• Prepare HSE technical reports and risk assessment studies
• Support safety analysis and recommend risk mitigation measures

• Strong analytical and technical reporting skills
• Experience working in Oil & Gas safety studies
• Ability to work independently and deliver accurate safety assessments
