We are seeking an experienced Design Manager with a strong background in building construction projects within a consultancy environment. The successful candidate will lead and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality, compliant design packages in line with client requirements, project specifications, and local authority regulations.

• Manage and lead the design process from concept through detailed design to IFC stage.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and specialist disciplines to ensure fully integrated and clash‑free design deliverables.
• Review and approve drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical submissions prior to client issuance.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, local authority regulations, and international building standards.
• Conduct regular design coordination meetings and resolve technical/interface issues proactively.
• Support management in financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
• Monitor design schedules and ensure deliverables are submitted on time.
• Manage design changes, value engineering proposals, and technical queries.
• Oversee authority submissions and secure necessary approvals.
• Provide technical support during construction and resolve design‒related site issues.
• Implement QA/QC procedures to maintain high standards of design documentation.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• 15 to 20 years of experience in building construction projects within a consultancy firm.
• At least 5 years in a Design Manager or senior design coordination role.
• Proven experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, high-rise, or mixed‑use developments.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, authority approval processes, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM platforms.
• Experience in UAE/GCC projects preferred.
• Available in UAE / Immediate joiners preferred.
