Aboutthe Role
The Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our systems and processes. This position requires a proactive approach to problem‑solving and a strong focus on efficiency.
Responsibilities- Monitor and maintain operational systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Implement maintenance schedules and manage repair activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.
- Document all maintenance activities and prepare reports for management.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in operations or maintenance management are a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in a similar role within the technology sector.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and safety regulations.
