Maintenance Technician

With operations and maintenance (O&M) management for approximately 8.8 GWp, the company has a presence in 28 countries across regions such as India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, Australia, and the Americas.

The Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our systems and processes. This position requires a proactive approach to problem‑solving and a strong focus on efficiency.

• Monitor and maintain operational systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Implement maintenance schedules and manage repair activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.
• Document all maintenance activities and prepare reports for management.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in operations or maintenance management are a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in maintenance management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience in a similar role within the technology sector.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and safety regulations.
