MEP Supervisor

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced MEP Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi, working within the construction and facilities management sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) field, with a background in construction or facility operations. This role requires managing and overseeing the MEP systems to ensure they are installed, maintained, and function optimally.

In addition, the MEP Supervisor will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution, while also ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. • Oversee MEP Operations
  :
  Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of MEP systems, ensuring they meet required standards, while maintaining overall system efficiency.
• Project Coordination
  :
  In addition, collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure all MEP tasks are completed on time and according to specifications, ensuring the smooth execution of the project.
• Quality Control
  :
  Moreover, monitor the quality of work by contractors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company requirements to uphold high‑quality results.
• Team Leadership

  Furthermore, lead and manage the MEP team, providing guidance and mentoring to technicians, ensuring that work is completed safely and to the highest standards of efficiency and quality.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance
  :
  Additionally, identify and resolve MEP system issues quickly, minimizing downtime and ensuring the safe operation of facilities, which is essential for the success of the project.
• Reporting & Documentation
  :
  Additionally, maintain accurate records of MEP activities, including schedules, performance reports, and compliance checks, ensuring proper documentation and transparency.
• Health & Safety
  :
  Equally, enforce on‑site safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
• Continuous Improvement

  Lastly, keep updated on the latest trends, technologies, and industry best practices related to MEP systems, incorporating these into the workflow to enhance overall efficiency and performance.

• Proven experience in the MEP field, particularly within construction or facilities management environments.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, installation processes, and maintenance best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Previous experience supervising teams and managing multiple MEP‑related tasks is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, contractors, and team members.
• Knowledge of relevant local regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements in the UAE.
• A proactive approach to problem‑solving and the ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Candidates with less experience in the role but a strong willingness to learn and grow within the field are also welcome to apply.
