Commissioning Superintendent (Rotating) with Offshore Site experience in MEGA EPC projects for PMC project.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is a MUST. Having a minimum of twenty (20) years of relevant experience in commissioning / operation readiness position with experience in GCC region as preference. Must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects with preference of commissioning sour gas, Hydrogen production, Hydro-desulfurization projects.

• Sales gas & Condensate Commissioning Lead shall provide guidance to his commissioning team, EPC contractor, and subcontractors within his area of responsibility.
• Coordinate with licensors and vendors to ensure close monitoring of commissioning activities in accordance with their guiding procedures.
• Responsible for the progress of commissioning activities of the sales gas and condensate area.
• Review pre‑commissioning and commissioning procedures and provide the required advice and support for the Senior Commissioning Manager.
• Review commissioning manuals issued by EPC contractor or vendors.
• Verify mechanical completion certificates requirements for various systems and subsystems.
• Participate in commissioning meetings and other related meetings.
• Participate in troubleshooting analysis to resolve commissioning obstacles.
• Verify the readiness of systems/subsystems for MC and RFSU certificates issuance.
• Monitor and approve the close‑out of punch lists in his area.
• Ensure completion and handover methodology proceeds in compliance with related contractual documents.
