JobOverview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer with construction management experience for 132kV High Voltage Substation projects within the Oil and Gas sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all electrical construction activities including 132kV & 33kV GIS Switchgear, Power Transformers, SCMS, PMS, 132kV and 33kV cable pulling, and synchronization system knowledge. The role ensures adherence to safety, quality, and project timelines and coordinates closely with multidisciplinary teams and interfaces.
SafetyManagement
Promote and enforce a strong safety culture, ensuring all construction activities comply with safety regulations and guidelines in accordance with ADNOC HSE policy.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 15 years of Oil & Gas experience and at least 8 years in a lead role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, leadership and coordination, analytical and proactive approach, and competence in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Chemical Industries.
- Knowledge of industry‑specific software such as AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other computer‑aided design tools.
