A leading aerospace company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Principal Engineer to drive manufacturing process development and NPI execution for propulsion programs. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering and have over 15 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing. Responsibilities include leading technical teams, supporting production ramp-up activities, and ensuring manufacturability through design inputs.

The role requires strong leadership skills and expertise in advanced machining and fabrication processes.
