BIM Coordinator

Oversee the development of 3D models and project documentation, ensuring compliance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP). Utilize BIM and CAD technologies to enhance project designs and coordinate engineering teams on-site.

• Ensure compliance with the BEP and oversee model setup and updates
• Manage a centralized database for all BIM models, elements, standards, and content
• Regularly audit and validate model data to maintain quality, integrity, and stability
• Develop shared data structures, including grids, levels, and project coordinates
• Maintain and organize drawing sheets and visibility settings
• Integrate updates, revisions, clash detections, and BIM requests after review
• Create and distribute federated Navisworks models
• Conduct weekly clash detection tests in Navisworks and provide reports

• Min. 5 years of experience in civil and infrastructure architecture, coordinating subcontractors and construction teams, and liaising with clients
• Ability to propose finishes and alternatives, with a good understanding of materials.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
• High Rise Building Experience is preferred

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM
  360 / ACC Docs, and Design Collaboration, Power BI, Synchro 4D (this is very important)
• Familiarity with BIM processes aligned to ISO 19650
• Civil 3D experience is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
