We are looking for a Lead Electrical Engineer – Construction Management experience to serve as an Electrical Senior Engineer the discipline, executing projects and supporting bids in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role reports to the Head of Discipline, Lead Electrical Engineer.
Responsibilities- Oversee all electrical construction activities in substation projects within the Oil and Gas sector.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and project timelines.
- Monitor daily construction activities and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and interface projects.
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE policy.
- Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring all construction activities comply with safety regulations and guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 10-15 years minimum Oil & Gas experience.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, leadership and coordination, analytical and pro‑active approach, competence in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Chemical Industries.
- Knowledge of industry‑specific software such as AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other computer‑aided design tools.
