Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure such as roads, railroads, airports, bridges, harbors, channels, dams, irrigation projects, pipelines, power plants, and water and sewage systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering principles and practices, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Develop and evaluate plans and designs for construction projects to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Supervise and monitor project site activities and coordinate with contractors and subcontractors.
• Prepare engineering specifications, project plans, and cost estimates for approval.
• Conduct feasibility studies and assess environmental impact for proposed projects.
• Ensure that all project activities comply with relevant regulations and codes.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of infrastructure to extend its lifespan.
• Utilize software and engineering tools to simulate project scenarios and outcomes.
• Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely delivery within financial constraints.
• Provide technical advice and solutions to resolve engineering challenges and issues.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure safety and sustainability practices are enforced on all project sites.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or ability to obtain certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering or construction management.
• Strong proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Excellent understanding of construction methodologies and project management principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Knowledge of relevant legal regulations and standards in civil engineering.
