Project Engineer; Entry Level - UAE Nationals

Location: Ruwais, UAE

Experience: 6 months 1 year

Employment Type: Full-time Site-based

• Support coordination of daily site activities between engineering, planning, and construction teams.
• Monitor progress and assist with preparation of daily/weekly reports.
• Follow up on material availability, drawings, and work permits.
• Support technical documentation such as method statements and TQs.
• Track site-related issues and elevate delays or deviations to supervisors.
• Maintain project logs, trackers, and site documentation.
• Ensure adherence to HSE guidelines across all activities.

• UAE National (Emiratisation role).
• Diploma or bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering.
• 6 months to 1 year of site or engineering coordination experience.
• Basic understanding of construction workflows and engineering deliverables.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of P6/AutoCAD is a plus.
• Willingness to work in Ruwais on a site-based schedule.

• Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
• Strong commitment to safety and work ethics.
