This role supports the Wet Utilities team and participates in an early career development pathway.

The Graduate Civil Engineer will support the Wet Utilities team in delivering engineering and design activities related to water supply, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure. Under the supervision of experienced engineers, the role focuses on developing core analytical, technical, and design skills. This role forms part of a structured early career development pathway.

This role is part of our 24-month Advance graduate program. Your journey from graduate to future leader will be supported through structured learning programs and one-on-one mentoring with industry experts, equipping you with the tools to make a lasting impact on our organization and the nation.

• Builds analytic and design skills.
• Conducts engineering design under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
• Creates designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, and final working drawings under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
• Collects and analyzes data under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
• Uses computer software as a tool for solving basic engineering problems.
• Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule under supervision.

• UAE National (with valid Family Book)
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8
• Graduated within the last 12 to 24 months from graduate program start date
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Interest in water, wastewater, and stormwater (wet utilities) engineering
• Ability to work effectively under supervision within a multidisciplinary team
• Basic understanding of civil engineering design principles and standards
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools) preferred
• Good communication skills and willingness to develop within a structured graduate program
