A leading global infrastructure firm is seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage cost and contract aspects during preconstruction and construction phases. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, at least 4 years of relevant experience, and RICS certification. Key responsibilities include preparing cost estimates, monitoring budgets, and collaborating with project teams. Fluency in English is required, and familiarity with UAE regulations is preferred.
