Project: Construction Supervision of Residential Villas &Infrastructure
Location: Liwa, Al Dhafra Region, Abu Dhabi

Job Summary

KN International is seeking a Sr. Civil/Structure/Geotechnical Engineer to support the client in supervising, coordinating, and ensuring quality and compliance of residential villas and associated infrastructure construction. The ideal candidate will have extensive construction supervision experience in the UAE orsimilar environment, with strong technical expertise, leadership, and clientcommunication skills.

The role involves providing technical oversight,monitoring contractor performance, implementing safety standards, and managing civil, structural, and geotechnical aspects from mobilization through handoverand defects liability period.

Key Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the technical execution and supervision of assignedresidential and infrastructure projects.
• Provide senior-level site supervision and guidance for civil, structural, andgeotechnical works, including villas, infrastructure, utilities, roads,and external works.
• Review, interpret,and ensure compliance with IFC drawings, specifications, authority standards, and contractual obligations.
• Monitor contractoractivities, assess work quality, and report non-conformances (NCRs).
• Review and verify contractor submissions, including structural calculations, materials, shop drawings, method statements, test reports, as-built drawings, and O&Mmanuals.
• Conduct site inspections, witness testing/commissioning, and ensure geotechnical and structural requirements are met.
• Coordinate with contractors, authorities, utilities, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Implement and enforce HSE requirements, safe working practices, and environmental controls.
• Support project controls, including progress tracking, reporting, and coordinationmeetings.
• Assist in handover, snagging, final inspections, and monitoring during the defects liability period.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, site records, and inspection logs.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degreein Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical Engineering or related field(Master’s degree preferred).
• Professional Engineering (PE) license in the UAE is preferred.
• Minimum 10 yearsof relevant construction supervision experience in the UAE or similar environment.
• Previous experience with Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA) projects preferred.
• Strong leadership,team coordination, and client-facing skills.
• Excellenttechnical knowledge, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency inproject management software and engineering tools.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE local regulations, codes, and industry standards.
• Proven track record in managing and delivering large-scale residential and infrastructure projects.
• Willingness towork on remote sites in Liwa, Al Dhafra Region, Abu Dhabi.
