Overview
Penspen is urgently looking for Specialist - Planning & Cost (Offshore
-WHTs, Subsea Cable & Piping B/Fs) role for one of our Offshore PMC projects in Abu Dhabi.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules for offshore brownfield works (WHTs, subsea cables, and piping)
- Prepare baseline schedules and track progress against plan, identifying deviations and recovery actions
- Perform cost estimation, budgeting, and monitoring for brownfield modifications
- Coordinate with EPC/PMC/contractors for planning, scheduling, and cost control
- Support change management (MCRs, VOs), risk assessment, and impact analysis on schedule and cost
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and stakeholder review
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in oil & gas, with strong offshore exposure.
- Offshore certifications (e.g., BOSIET, HUET) are often required
- PMC experience will be preferred
- Previous experience in ADNOC projects in a similar role would be an added advantage
