We're on the lookout for a motivated MRO Specialist to join our team. You'll work closely with our client, their engineers, and our tech experts to develop software solutions that tackle the complex challenges in the MRO space. Your role will be vital in bridging the gap between real-world MRO operations and software development

• Understanding Business Processes:
  Dive deep into airframe and component MRO operations, suggesting best practices and effective solutions. Engage with senior leaders to ensure changes are smoothly integrated.
• Solution Workshops:
  Lead workshops to brainstorm solutions, define processes, and validate them. Document processes and ensure they align with client needs. Lead user acceptance testing programs for large ERP deployments.
• Expertise in MRO Functions:
  Bring your knowledge of core MRO functions, such as Technical Sales, Production Planning, Supply Chain Management, and Quality Assurance, to the table, with solid experience in Hangar/Airframe Maintenance.
• Managing Change:
  Help stakeholders adapt to changes by providing support and ensuring new processes and technologies are embraced.
• Optimizing Processes:
  Drive efficiency by reviewing and improving existing processes. Leverage your experience in leading process improvement initiatives and implementing ERP projects.
• Engaging Stakeholders:
  Build strong relationships across various business functions, understanding their needs to tailor software solutions accordingly.
• Quality Assurance:
  Work closely with Quality Assurance teams to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Training and Support:
  Provide training and ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption of software solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aviation Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in the commercial MRO segment, with hands-on operational experience in airframe maintenance and related supply chain functions.
• Should have held leadership positions in core planning/hangar production functions, and/or running large transformational programs, including ERP deployments. Should have strong subject matter expertise.
• Proven track record of collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with MRO software systems, including Material Management, Engineering, Planning, Production, and Maintenance Control.
• Strong communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
