PMC Site Coordinator; Permit Issuer

We are currently recruiting for PMC Site Coordinator (Permit Issuer) role to support our ADNOC Onshore project in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Due to the nature of the projects and client expectation, the position will be based at onshore site in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

PMC Site Coordinator (Permit Issuer) is responsible for coordinating daily site activities on ADNOC Onshore projects, implementing and enforcing the ADNOC Work Management System (WMS) Permit‑to‑Work (PTW) requirements, ensuring safe work execution and compliance with ADNOC’s HSE policies and procedures. This role bridges site operations, contractors, and permit systems to ensure work is authorized and monitored correctly before, during, and after execution.
