The role involves overseeing construction to ensure timely completion within budget and standards. Key responsibilities include supervising on-site activities, managing reports and staff, and maintaining communication with stakeholders. The ideal candidate must have a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, 12 years of relevant experience, and PMP certification.

Proficiency in Primavera and MS Office is also required.
